The Platform provided by MenuRobo relies on certain service providers to operate. Some of these providers may have servers abroad. This text has been prepared to obtain your explicit consent for these transfers under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
Processing you consent to
I acknowledge that I have read and understood the KVKK Privacy Notice, and I freely give my explicit consent to the transfer of the following personal data, for the stated purposes and to the extent necessary to provide the service, to service providers whose servers may be located abroad:
- Hosting, domain/DNS, content delivery and security services (including Cloudflare): account, business and transaction security data — to operate the Platform and ensure fast and secure access.
- Email delivery services: full name and email address — to deliver account verification, two-factor authentication codes, payment and notification emails.
- SMS service: phone number — to send the phone verification code (only if SMS verification is enabled).
- Analytics service (Google Analytics): site usage data such as page views, device/browser information and approximate location — to measure how the site is used (only if you allowed performance cookies in the cookie notice; you can withdraw via the "Manage cookie preferences" link).
- Messaging (WhatsApp) service: the waiter's phone number and order summary — for "order ready" notifications; the pastry customer's phone number and order status — for cake order notifications (only if the business has enabled these features and the customer chose WhatsApp notifications).
- AI image service: only the product name and description — if the business chooses to generate a product image with AI; no personal data is sent. Questions typed to the menu and site assistant are not sent to any external AI service.
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your explicit consent at any time by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal date. If you withdraw consent, some features that depend on service providers with servers abroad may not be available.
Commercial communications
Consent to commercial communications about campaigns and news is separate from this text and is optionally obtained when opening an account.
